Very pleased to announce that the group meeting in Northern Kentucky and Ashland Kentucky met in Ashland and had 33 members and their ladies in attendance.  The group came up with a name for our group.  We are now calling ourselves Nor-Eas-Ern Knight Mason Club.  This has been a very unique group, it started out 4 years ago with 2 couples and Ed Vardiman, Sr. the 1st president for 2 years.  Then Paul R. Daniels took over as president and grew the attendance to 8-10 couples with his 2 year presidents job.  Now Richard L. Patrick has taken on the responsibility of its president for the next 2 years and it has grown to almost 15 couples.  I said that this organization is very unique in the fact that we have no bylaws, no rules, no committees, no dues, no treasurery, but our purpose is to enjoy the hospitality of Knight Masons in the Northern Kentucky and Eastern Kentucky area.  We have a luncheon at the Green Debry Restaurant in Newport when the Scottish Rite is having a reunion in Covington.  Now we are having a dinner prior to the One Day Reunion in Ashland.  Please come out and enjoy the friendship at our next outing.
