5/5/02  Louisa Fire School This weekend members attended the Louisa Fire School.

This is the Farm Rescue class using the spreaders to lift a tractor in a simulated accident. FF./EMT Will McKenzie is at the controls assisted by a Fallsburg Firefighter.

After use of the High lift jack in the class our department has acquired two of them to be carried on Rescue 4.  This will give use a lot more options when doing rescue operations.

During the class we also worked with different cribbing techniques and ways of stabilizing.  The class encouraged you to think of different ways of doing the same job.
